Spectrogram Viewer

Visualize the frequency content of your audio over time with an interactive spectrogram. Zoom, pan, and customize colors.

What this tool tells you

What it does

Use this when you need to see how frequency content changes over time, including transients, harmonics, noise, edits, and sustained tones.

How to use it

Open a file, then zoom and pan to inspect a passage. Adjust the display controls to make the frequency range or detail you need easier to see.

How to interpret it

A spectrogram is a visualization, not a provenance test. A cutoff or pattern can be useful context, but filtering, mastering, codec settings, and the source can produce similar results.

Selected files are processed locally in the browser and are not uploaded to TrueRes for processing. Open this page in a modern browser to use the interactive tool.
