Vocal Remover (Karaoke)
Remove center-panned vocals from stereo tracks using center-channel cancellation (not AI stem splitting). Supports files and folders.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is this an AI vocal remover?
- No. This tool uses classic center-channel cancellation: it subtracts the left and right channels to remove anything panned dead-center (typically lead vocals, kick, snare, bass). Results are best on well-mixed stereo songs. For true AI stem separation, use a dedicated AI tool — they are heavier but cleaner.
- Why do some instruments disappear too?
- Anything panned to the center will be removed along with the vocals — usually kick, snare, and bass. This is a fundamental limitation of the center-cancel method, not a bug.
- Does it work on mono files?
- No. Center-cancellation requires a stereo signal with the vocals panned to the middle. Mono files will produce silence.
